Game Terms, Privacy & Cancellation.

The Racing Simulator is a training and entertainment product. It lets users practise racing decisions using anonymised historical races, fake-money stakes, saved notes and strategy tools.

No real-money gambling: simulator stakes are not real bets, winnings are not withdrawable, and the service does not place bets with bookmakers.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create and use a simulator account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
• Simulator results are based on historical racing data and are provided for practice, education and entertainment only.
• Strategy labels, metrics and performance views are decision aids, not betting advice or guaranteed outcomes.
• We may suspend access where accounts are misused, security is compromised, or payment/subscription status is invalid.

GamePass, GamePlus and GamePro are monthly game subscriptions. They are separate from Stratacast prediction subscriptions and are only for simulator access/features.

• Game plans are digital services with no physical delivery.
• Prices and plan details are shown on the integrated game plans page before payment is taken.
• Accepted payment methods are shown on the secure Mollie checkout.

When you request immediate access, supply of the digital service starts straight away. Once supply begins, you lose the usual 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right for that digital content.

• You can cancel a recurring game plan to stop future renewals.
• Your current paid period normally remains active until the end of that billing period.
• Your statutory rights remain if the digital content is faulty, unavailable in a way we are responsible for, or misdescribed.

We use account, subscription, gameplay and technical data to operate the simulator, provide access, settle fake-money races, show history/performance, support accounts and protect the service.

• Account data: name, email, login/session information and age confirmation.
• Gameplay data: fake-money stakes, race attempts, notes, strategies, results and settings.
• Payment data: checkout status, subscription identifiers and billing state supplied by our payment processor. We do not store full card details.
• Technical data: browser/device information, logs, security events and rate-limit records.

The simulator is designed to practise decision-making without real-money risk. It should not be treated as a guarantee of betting success or used as a substitute for professional financial, legal or gambling-harm advice.
